What's your refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your Alert Program^® purchases. In the unlikely event you find something you purchased isn’t a match, here is how we can help.

Shippable Products (books, CDs, and board games):
We have a 30-day return policy. Simply ship the items back to us at: TherapyWorks, Inc., P.O. Box 95316, Albuquerque, NM, 87199, USA. Once we receive your item and verify that it is not damaged, we will gladly refund you for the cost of your items! (NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Downloadable Products (games, music, and ringtones):
We do NOT offer a refund on any of our downloadable products. These are products you receive an email link to and then download to your computer, tablet, or phone, so we do not offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding!
